World TB Day Observed in Singhia to Eliminate Tuberculosis
World TB Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on Tuesday at the Primary Health Center in Singhia block of Samastipur district, Bihar, in the presence of Dr. Rakesh Kumar, under the Government of India’s public welfare initiative to eliminate tuberculosis.
On the occasion, TB department technician Dinesh Kumar created awareness among people about TB eradication. He emphasized that if one member of a family is infected, it is very important for all other family members to undergo counseling, which can help in preventing the spread of tuberculosis.
Health Manager Prabhat Kumar, Pharmacist Sanjay Kumar Singh, Narendra Kumar Singh (also known as Gopal Singh), Kanhaiya Kumar, Vikas Kumar, and several other staff members were present at the event.
