Based on the evidence presented by Samastipur Police and Special Public Prosecutor Vinod Kumar, including the chargesheet and prosecution witnesses, the court has sentenced two accused in a POCSO case.
In Nagar Police Station Case No. 130/2021, which was under trial before the Hon’ble Special Court, ADJ-06-cum-POCSO, Samastipur, accused Mohd. Guddu and Vicky Kumar were convicted.
The court sentenced both accused to three years of rigorous imprisonment under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). In addition, both were fined ₹5,000 each.
According to Samastipur Police, Special Public Prosecutor Shri Vinod Kumar effectively represented the prosecution during the proceedings.
The court pronounced the sentence on September 30, 2026.
