Due to a severe shortage of petrol in Singhia, even teachers are facing increasing difficulties.
In the Singhia block area of Samastipur district in Bihar, a major shortage of petrol has led to several petrol pumps being shut down. This has caused significant inconvenience not only for the general public but also for government employees, who are now struggling to reach their workplaces on time.
Teacher Gyaneshwar Jha, along with several other government staff members, stated that they are required to mark their attendance through an app at school. However, with petrol unavailable, it has become difficult for them to reach on time and mark their attendance.
They have appealed to the education department officials to take this situation into consideration and provide some relaxation in attendance timing for teachers during this period.
